Extra Virgin Olive Oil
19,90 €
Crafted from Portugal’s native olive varieties and cold-pressed within hours of harvest, our extra virgin olive oil captures the wild beauty of the land it comes from. Each drop carries the character of ancient groves, sun-drenched soils, and generations of craftsmanship—flavours shaped by wind, weather, and the quiet patience of traditional farming.
Expect a vibrant flavor profile: first notes of fresh green fruit, a peppery mid-palate that tingles pleasantly, and a smooth, buttery finish that lingers. Balanced yet bold, it’s an oil meant to be noticed, not hidden.
We source exclusively from small local farms that practice responsible cultivation, honoring the land and heritage of Portugal’s most storied olive-growing regions.
No shortcuts. No mass blending. Just pure, expressive oil—pressed, bottled, and sealed to preserve its full vitality.
Ideal for finishing dishes where flavour matters most: drizzled over grilled vegetables, fresh seafood, handmade pastas, or simply paired with a crust of warm bread and a pinch of sea salt.
Once you taste the difference, there’s no going back.
