Founder’s note

I grew up in rural Portugal, at Quinta de Sant’Ana, where the experience of preparing and sharing food is woven into the fabric of the changing seasons. From growing vegetables and vines, raising pasture, and baking fresh bread, every practice, every technique is deeply rooted in tradition. The resulting product speaks for itself.

Even as I move between cultures, those flavours always stay with me. Tracking down ingredients with that level of integrity and depth of flavour hasn’t always been simple. That’s why I have started Frankly Portugal – to share Portugal’s finest ingredients to those who value quality, craftsmanship, and the stories that live behind every dish.

The journey begins here, with extra virgin olive oil.
